Tiamat’s Calm

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Highlands Distilling Dragon Gin
0.5 oz. Violette liqueur
0.25 oz. Orange liqueurÂ
0.25 oz. Hibiscus Syrup*
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously, then strain into coupe glass and garnish with a dried Hibiscus Flower.
*Hibiscus Syrup
Combine a 1 cup of water, 1 cup of white sugar, and 2/3rds cup of dried hibiscus flower in a saucepan, then bring the mixture to a boil. Immediately lower to a simmer and stir frequently for several minutes, ensuring the syrup doesn’t burn. Strain into a sealable food safe bottle, chill and serve.
