Once a month all summer, Belmont Farm Distillery is redefining the cocktail experience with an unexpected pairing: whiskey and ice cream.
Guests can choose between two tasting flights. Enjoy a classic whiskey flight featuring Kopper Kettle Virginia Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Rye Whiskey and American Single Malt, or select a sweeter flight with Chai Spiced Rum, Apple Whiskey and Butterscotch Whiskey.
Each spirit is carefully paired with a different ice cream from Ole Country Store, made by Kreider Farms in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, to highlight tasting notes like vanilla, caramel, cacao, orange peel and honeycomb. Throughout the event, Belmont Farm’s Master Distiller will guide guests through the pairings and explain why each combination works.
Pairings are $25 per person. Kids can enjoy a 12-ounce double scoop of ice cream for $4, making this a fun summer outing for the whole family.
