Kopper Kettle Straight Malted Whiskey

A handcrafted American single malt whiskey made with 100% malted barley. It is double distilled in a 3,000-gallon copper pot still, then aged for 3 years in new American oak barrels. The whiskey is bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV) and is cut to strength using the distillery’s farm-purified mineral water. This product is part of the Kopper Kettle line, ensuring a grain-to-glass production process.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Sun-drenched hay, honey, pear skins, butterscotch, and red summer berries.

Palate: Raw almond, creaminess, tannic bitterness from oak, pithy citrus, and low vanilla.

Finish: Lingering oak and subtle sweetness.
