Mix: Carefully measure and combine the following in the cocktail shaker: 0.75 oz Catoctin Creek 92 Proof Roundstone Rye Whiskey, 0.75 oz Acidulated Grapefruit juice, 0.75 oz bitter red aperitivo, 0.75 oz New Donn’s Blend, and 5 drops of $80/20$ saline solution.

Shake: Fill the shaker three-quarters full with quality ice. Secure the lid and shake the ingredients vigorously for 8-10 seconds to chill and dilute the cocktail to the perfect temperature.
