Eddie’s Smash

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Three Crosses American Whiskey

0.5 oz. blueberry syrup

Handful of Pungo blueberries (any fresh blueberry will do)

Juice of one lemon

Sprig of mint

Garnish: dehydrated lime

Preparation:

Add Pungo blueberries to a shaker and muddle. Add lemon juice, blueberry syrup, fresh mint, whiskey and fresh ice to the shaker. Give it a good shake. Pour over fresh ice and top it off with a splash of Sprite. Garnish with a dehydrated lime slice.
