Flowering Vir Gin

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla Sugar
  • Morello Cherry
  • 1.5 oz Rose-Chamomile Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Copper Fox Distillery’s Vir Gin
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Ice Cubes
  • Small Orange Peel

Preparation:

Prepare a martini glass by moistening the rim with the cut end of an orange and dipping the rim in Vanilla Sugar, drop the Morello Cherry in the glass. Combine the Rose-Chamomile Syrup, Copper Fox Vir Gin, Orange Bitters, and Ice; stir for 20-25 seconds. Strain, neatly, into prepared glass. Squeeze the Orange Peel to spray oils onto the surface of the drink, drop peel into the drink.
