Fresh Strawberries

1oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon

0.5oz Honey

how to prepare

Muddle 1 x quartered strawberry; add ice and all other ingredients. Stir. Serve in rocks glass. Garnish with lemon peel. Enjoy!
