Rum-inous Spirit

A glowing golden elixir of tropical mischief — the perfect ghostly getaway. Bright pineapple and zesty lime mingle with rich rum for a drink that’s equal parts vacation and séance. One sip, and you’ll swear you can hear the spirits of the islands calling.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Dark or spiced rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • 2 Dashes bitters

Preparation:

Prep: Chill a coupe or tiki glass.
Mix: Add rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and bitters to a shaker with ice.
Shake: Shake well until the mixture is frothy and cold.
Serve: Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish: Add a lime wheel and a gummy ghost for a hauntingly fun touch.
