Victory Coupe

Ingredients:
- 0.75 oz MurLarkey Spirits Divine Clarity Vodka
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.75 oz diluted orgeat syrup (1:1)
- 0.75 oz tonic water
- 0.75 oz fruity red wine (float)
Preparation:
In a cocktail shaker over ice, combine vodka, lime juice, and diluted orgeat syrup (1:1 water and orgeat). Shake hard and fast to aerate the orgeat and wake up the lime juice. Then, crack open the shaker and add the tonic water to chill it without losing the carbonation. Strain or double strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled coupe glass, float the red wine by pouring gently over a bar spoon, and enjoy cold.
