Cape Charles Distillery

Cape Charles Distillery (CCD) is located on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and is dedicated to creating spirits that capture the essence of both Virginia’s beautiful coastline and its Blue Ridge Mountains. The distillery is founded on the principles of tradition, passion, and expertise, with their distillation methods reportedly passed down through two generations.

CCD is committed to a slow, deliberate small-batch distillation process, using pot stills for all their spirits. They use only the best white whiskey (“no heads or tails”) for aging. Their base ingredients include locally farm-sourced grains and pure mountain limestone water from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Their core portfolio includes Straight Bourbon, a unique Rye Whiskey, and various moonshine expressions, all crafted to deliver unsurpassed quality and character.
