This intimate dining experience will take place in our private dining room, hosted by Executive Chef, Jason Congleton. Your ticket includes the three-course menu, outlined below & three perfectly paired, five-ounce beers.

Amuse’

Carrot, Goat Cheese, & Pumpkin Short Beers, paired with our Oatmeal Stout.

Second

Salad of baby lettuces, herbed soft cheese, marinated tomato, and dried cranberries, with a Munich Dunkel Vinaigrette, paired with Southern Tea.

Entree

Glazed Double Cut Frenched Pork Chop with apple and cranberry cornbread stuffing, pommes fondant, baby & broccolini paired with Bavarian Prince

Dessert

Caramel Pineapple upside down cake

Fresh gooey butter cake, filled with creamy pineapple mousse, toasted pineapple, pineapple bourbon dulce de leche.
