Tasting Notes

Nose: Red fruit, dill, and earthy oak. A very aromatic nose with sweet flora.

Palate: Toffee and dark chocolate with light pepper notes. A robust, balanced, and sometimes slightly hot palate due to cask strength.

Finish: Medium to long, with notes of bright fruit, a touch of oak, and lingering s’mores on the tongue.

How to Serve

Neat: Due to its cask strength, take it neat to experience its full, powerful intensity of fruit and spice.

On the Rocks: A generous splash of water (or a single cube) is highly recommended to bring the strength down and unlock its complex single barrel character.

Cocktails: Use in an intense, fruit-forward Manhattan where its cask strength and Port finish will dominate.
