1 1/2 oz. Reverend Spirits Gin
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. champagne
Long spiral lemon twist
Combine Reverend Spirits gin, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup in an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into large flute or coupe and top with Champagne. Garnish with lemon twist.
