This one-night experience features a four-course menu paired with the Virginia Spirits 250th Celebration Trio Pack, a limited-edition collection of whiskey, rum and gin crafted by distillers across the commonwealth.

Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to meet the Virginia distillers behind these historic spirits, hear the stories behind the collaboration and learn what inspired each expression in the Trio Pack. From the mountains to the coast, this is a rare chance to connect directly with the makers helping define the next chapter of Virginia spirits.

The evening begins with a reception featuring scallop ceviche, rum glazed strawberry bruschetta and beef short rib vol-au-vent, along with time to mingle with participating distillers, followed by a curated four-course pairing experience:
