Night Hike

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Virginia-made Gin of your choice

1 oz white creme de cacao

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1/4 oz 1:1 simple syrup

2-3 dashes of mint bitters

how to prepare

Shake all ingredients, strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
