2 oz Tarnished Truth AVA Vodka
1/2 fresh pear, rough chopped
4 oz ginger beer
Ice
Pear slice and thyme for garnish
Muddle pear in a tall collins glass and add Tarnished Truth AVA Vodka. Allow the pear and vodka to infuse for a half hour at least. Add ice to a glass with infusion, stir to combine. Pour ginger beer in and garnish with pear and thyme.
