Ingredients

1.5 oz Aquavit

0.5 oz Catoctin Creek 1757 Virginia Brandy

0.5 oz Celery-infused Catoctin Creek Spiced Apple Toddy

1 barspoon Rich Simple Syrup

2 droppers Bittermens Orchard St. Celery Shrub

6 drops Fee Bros Black Walnut Bitters

how to prepare

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice, strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a celery leaf laid flat on the ice cube.
