Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Belle Isle Ruby Red moonshine, triple sec, lime juice, and grapefruit juice to the shaker.
Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime twist or wedge (Optional, we like a clean cosmo)
