Coastal Reverie

Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz Tarnished Truth Old Cavalier Bourbon Cream
- 1.25 oz Chesapeake Bay Distillery Chics Beach Rum
- 1.25 oz Mixed Berry Fassionola*
- 0.75 oz Potato & Soy Orgeat**
- 2 dashes Artemesia Farm & Vineyard Salt & Sorghum Bitters
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Double Strain using a Hawthorne and Fine Mesh Strainer into a chilled 5 oz coupe glass, garnish with a whole strawberry, mint sprig, and edible orchid, and enjoy.
*Mixed Berry Fassionola
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 3 cups filtered water
- 5 oz Real passionfruit syrup
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a jam or nut milk bag. Refrigerate and use within 10 days.
**Potato and Soy Orgeat
- 0.5 cup Soy Milk
- 400 ml Potato Water
- 600 ml Super Fine Sugar
- 6.5 g Cognac
- 9 g Amaretto
- 1.5 g Rose Water
Combine soy milk, potato water, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Once cool, add Cognac, Amaretto, and Rose Water. Stir until blended and refrigerate. Use within 30 days.
