Going for the Gold

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Copper Fox Distillery Peachwood Single Malt Whiskey
- 0.25 oz Copper Fox Distillery Amaro Y Arroyo
- 0.75oz limoncello
- 0.5oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 1 oz local hot honey simple syrup
- lemon peel and rosemary for garnish
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass over ice, stir for 15-25 seconds until all ingredients are properly mixed and chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, garnish with torched lemon peel and rosemary, and enjoy.
