Le Béguin de la France

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Waterman Spirits Organic Vodka
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz orgeat simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz French blackberry liqueur
- 3 oz Champagne
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except Champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until properly mixed and chilled. Strain into a glass over pellet ice or nugget ice. Top with the Champagne, garnish with a lemon wheel, and enjoy.
