Continental Dash

Ingredients:

  • 5-8 basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 oz Continental Gin from James River Distillery
  • 1/2 oz rich simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz Green Chartreuse

Preparation:

In small part of shaking tin, add the basil and RSS and muddle. Next add the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice for 10-12 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a mint leaf. Be sure to smack the mint to release the essence.
