Ingredients:
1 ½ oz 8 Shires Warwick Silver Rum
½ oz Brown Sugar
½ oz Honey
½ Lime Squeezed
10 Mint Leaves – muddle and strain over ice
Preparation:
Fill with equal parts Earl Gray Tea *Seeped and chilled in advance and Soda Water Collins Glass Mint Sprig.
