Ingredients:
- 1.5. Brady's Distillery Prohibition Gin
- 0.5 oz Mount Defiance Cassis Liqueur
- 0.5oz. Belle Isle Yuzu-Ginger Moonshine
- 1 oz. PawPaw Juice*
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz aqua faba
- 0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1)
- Garnish: lemon twist
Preparation:
*Pawpaw juice: In an immersion blender, blend 1 banana, the flesh of 1 mango, 1/4 of a whole cantaloupe, and 2 cups of water to make a “pawpaw” purée. Set this aside and blend equal parts of pawpaw purée and water to make Pawpaw juice. Bottle, refrigerate, and use within one week.
Pour Cassis liqueur into a chilled coupe glass. Combine all other ingredients in Boston shaker pint with ice, top with shaker tin, and shake vigorously until incorporated. Strain into the coupe glass and garnish with lemon twist.
