Olympic Torch

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Brady’s Prohibition Style Gin
- 1 oz Twin Creeks Peach Brandy
- 1 oz Cocchi Di Torino Sweet Vermouth
- 0.25 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Garnish : Orange Peel Twist “Olympic torch flame”
Preparation:
1 oz Brady’s Prohibition Style Gin
1 oz Twin Creeks Peach Brandy
1 oz Cocchi Di Torino Sweet Vermouth
.25 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish : Orange Peel Twist “Olympic torch flame”
Add all ingredients into a stirring tin and stir with ice for 30 rotations. Strain up into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with an expressed orange peel twist.
