Tiger Claw

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Brady’s Lazy Jack Rum
- 0.5 oz Espadin mezcal
- 0.5 oz triple sec
- 1.5 oz Pineapple (fresh juiced, light pulp)
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 1 egg white (or equivalent)
- Garnish: 3 more dashes aromatic bitters
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with three small ice cubes, shake vigorously until the ice is completely melted. Then pour into a fluted coupe glass, top with 3 drops of aromatic bitters, stripe them with a cocktail pick, and enjoy.
