1 oz Springfield Distillery 1842 Whiskey
1 oz Springfield Distillery Scratch BlackBerry Whiskey
1 oz light-bodied red wine (like Cabernet Franc)
0.5 oz ginger beer
5 blackberries
2 sprigs basil
Garnish: additional blackberry and basil sprig
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with ginger beer, garnish with a blackberry and a basil sprig, and enjoy.
