Eau Verte Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Commonwealth Gin
  • 0.75 oz Verjus
  • 0.5 oz Fino Sherry
  • 0.5 oz 1:1 Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Cucumber Juice
  • 2 oz Sparkling Water Cucumber ribbon for garnish

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in highball or collins glass and fill with ice. Skewer cucumber ribbon and add a straw.
