Eau Verte Fizz

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Commonwealth Gin
- 0.75 oz Verjus
- 0.5 oz Fino Sherry
- 0.5 oz 1:1 Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Cucumber Juice
- 2 oz Sparkling Water Cucumber ribbon for garnish
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in highball or collins glass and fill with ice. Skewer cucumber ribbon and add a straw.
