Ingredients

2 oz Copper Fox Distillery Peachwood Single Malt Whiskey

0.25 oz Copper Fox Distillery Amaro Y Arroyo

0.75oz limoncello

0.5oz fresh lemon juice

2 dashes aromatic bitters

1 oz local hot honey simple syrup

lemon peel and rosemary for garnish

how to prepare

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass over ice, stir for 15-25 seconds until all ingredients are properly mixed and chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, garnish with torched lemon peel and rosemary, and enjoy.
