Low and Slow

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. John J. Bowman’s Single Barrel Bourbon
- 0.5 oz. Laird’s Old Apple Brandy
- 0.5 oz. Carpano Antica
- 1 Bar Spoon St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram
- 0.5 oz. Strawberry-Lemon Oleo Saccharum
- 0.5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
- 1 Dash Regan’s Orange Bitters #6
Preparation:
Chill Coupe. Build in Shaker. Add ice and shake thoroughly. Double Strain. Garnish with lemon wheel (for extra points grill the lemon wheel a bit).
