Ingredients

1.5 oz. Mt. Defiance Gin Nouveau

.75 oz. St. Germain

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

.125 oz. Lemon Juice (strained)

.125 oz. Mt. Defiance Absinthe Supérieure

how to prepare

Combine all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into chilled coupe glass. Express Lemon peel and discard.

Garnish with fennel sprig.
