1.5 oz Isaac Bowman Virginia Straight Bourbon Whiskey
0.5 oz bitter red aperitif
0.5 oz passion fruit puree
0.5 oz honey
0.5 oz grapefruit peel syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
3 dashes yellow gentian liqueur
2 dashes citrus bitters
Garnish: banana leaves / grapefruit peel
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake for 20-30 seconds, and double strain into a rock glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with banana leaves and grapefruit peel and enjoy.
