Spring-berry Fizz

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Springfield Distillery Scratch BlackBerry Whiskey
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- soda water (to top)
- Garnish: mint & blackberries
Preparation:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle a blackberry then combine all ingredients and shake until well chilled. Rim a rocks glass with sugar, fill it with ice, then strain the cocktail into the glass. Top with soda water, garnish with mint & blackberries, and enjoy!
