This Too Shall Pass

Ingredients:

1.5oz Filibuster Straight Bourbon 

0.5oz coffee liqueur

1oz cold brew coffee

0.25oz Virginia maple syrup 

3 dashes Tobacco Bitters 

2 dashes Orange Bitters 

1.5 oz Hickory Cold Foam*

Garnish with coffee beans and grated orange zest

Preparation:

  1. Shake hickory syrup and Homestead Creamery cream in mixing tin until slightly whipped and set aside. 
  2. Add bourbon, coffee liqueur, maple syrup, cold brew, and bitters into separate mixing glass and stir. Pour over fresh ice in rocks glass. 
  3. Layer hickory cold foam on top. 
  4. Garnish with coffee beans and grated orange zest.

 

*Hickory Syrup Cold Foam

Shake 0.25 oz hickory syrup and 1.25 oz heavy cream in mixing tin until slightly whipped and set aside.
