Ingredients

1.5 oz Brady’s Lazy Jack Rum

0.5 oz Espadin mezcal

0.5 oz triple sec

1.5 oz Pineapple (fresh juiced, light pulp)

0.5 oz fresh lime juice

0.5 oz maraschino liqueur

2 dashes aromatic bitters

1 egg white (or equivalent)

Garnish: 3 more dashes aromatic bitters

how to prepare

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with three small ice cubes, shake vigorously until the ice is completely melted. Then pour into a fluted coupe glass, top with 3 drops of aromatic bitters, stripe them with a cocktail pick, and enjoy.
