Athena’s Golden Nectar

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Catoctin Creek 92 Proof Roundstone Rye Whiskey
- 0.50 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.50 oz honey simple syrup
- 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz sparkling white wine
- Garnish edible flower and golden flakes
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except the sparkling white wine in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until well mixed and chilled, then strain into a stemmed cocktail glass, top with sparkling white wine, garnish with an edible flower and gold flakes, and enjoy.
