A berry-forward bourbon cocktail that’s as dark and mysterious as a haunted forest. The muddled berries lend a deep, jewel-toned hue, while fresh mint adds an unexpected whisper of freshness. Perfect for sipping by candlelight or serving as your signature drink at a spooky soirée.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 4–5 Blackberries or raspberries
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
Prep: Add berries, mint, and simple syrup to a shaker.
Mix: Muddle gently to release juices and oils.
Shake: Add bourbon, lemon juice, and ice, then shake until chilled.
