Catoctin Creek Distilling Company is proud to welcome the Àimore Culinary Project as guest chefs for a special Distillery Dinner this May. Founded by MasterChef Season 14 winner Michael Leonard and Sophie Wang, Àimore blends Italian technique with East Asian flavors to create playful, elevated dishes rooted in connection and community.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated five-course dinner showcasing bold flavor pairings, seasonal ingredients, and inspired storytelling through food. Each course will be expertly paired with handcrafted cocktails created by the Catoctin Creek team to complement and elevate the dining experience.

From intimate course dinners to large-scale culinary events, Àimore is known for sparking conversation through innovative cuisine and thoughtful sourcing. This exclusive evening brings their signature style to the distillery for one unforgettable night.

Dinner is priced at $130 per person and includes all five courses and cocktail pairings.
