Stone Cold Fox

Ingredients:

  • Strip of Orange Peel
  • Morello Cherry
  • Juice of 1/2 blood orange
  • 1.5 oz Copper Fox Rye
  • 3/4 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Morello Cherry soaking brandy/Kirsch
  • Ice

Preparation:

Prepare garnish by skewering one and of the orange peel, then the cherry, and finally the other end of the orange peel, ensuring the orange side is out; place in a martini glass. Shake together the ice, blood orange juice, Copper Fox Rye Whisky, Heering Cherry Liqueur, simple syrup, and soaking brandy; pour through fine strainer into prepared glass.
