Prep: Chill a coupe glass. Measure the Brewer’s Batch Virginia Highland Whisky, rich simple syrup, and your chosen bitters.
Mix: Add the bitters and rich simple syrup to a mixing glass. Gently swirl the glass to initially combine the two components.
Shake: Fill the mixing glass completely with fresh ice. Pour the measured Brewer’s Batch Virginia Highland Whisky over the ice. Stir gently and deliberately for 15-20 rotations until perfectly chilled and diluted.
Serve: Double strain the chilled liquid from the mixing glass into the prepared, chilled coupe glass.
