Blackberry Moonshine

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Deep Creek Moonshine
- 1 oz. mint syrup
- 4 blackberries
- 1.2 fresh squeezed lemon
- Top with soda water
Preparation:
Muddle blackberries and moonshine in mixing tin. Add mint syrup and lemon juice and shake until cold. Using Hawthorne strainer, strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with soda water.
