Bread Service

presented by Meghan Kramer, Blu Point Seafood Co.

Ingredients:

2 oz Filibuster bourbon

0.75 oz maple syrup

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.25  oz orange juice

4 dashes Salt & Sorghum Bitters

0.5 oz Virginia cream

3 dashes cocktail foamer (e.g.  Fee Foam)

0.33 oz Virginia Blackberry Wine float

Garnish: Sea Salt and Fresh Blackberry

Preparation:

Add all ingredients but the cream and blackberry wine to a Boston shaker with ice. Shake 15 seconds. Strain drink into one shaker, dump ice out of the other. Add cream, remove spring from Hawthorne strainer, and add it to the shaker tin. Close tin and dry shake with spring for 30 additional seconds. Open tins, remove spring, and pour without straining directly into rocks glass over a large cube. Use the back of a bar spoon and pour 1/3 oz of blackberry wine into the cocktail right under the froth, as a float. Garnish with a pinch of sea salt and a blackberry.
