Creekwater Revival

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Catoctin Creek Watershed Rye Gin
0.5 oz triple sec liqueur
0.75 oz cucumber simple syrup*
0.75 oz of lemon juice
1 dash orange blossom water
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until properly chilled and diluted, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with a sprinkle of chili powder (like Tajín), to taste.
*Cucumber Simple Syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- One half large cucumber (grated)
Simmer the water and sugar in a medium sauce pan, stirring gently until the sugar is dissolved. Then stir in the cucumber and turn off the heat. After steeping for 30 minutes, strain out the cucumber solids, transfer to a food safe sealable container, and refrigerate. Use within 2 weeks.
