0.75 oz Verjus
0.5 oz Fino Sherry
0.5 oz 1:1 Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Cucumber Juice
2 oz Sparkling Water Cucumber ribbon for garnish
Combine ingredients in highball or collins glass and fill with ice. Skewer cucumber ribbon and add a straw.
