Honeycrisp

Ingredients:
1.5 oz KO Distiller’s Reserve Bottled-in-Bond Rye Whiskey
1 oz local apple juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
1 dash aromatic bitters
1 dash apple cider vinegar
5 drops saline
Mint sprig
Preparation:
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, add a small mint sprig, then shake hard. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an apple slice.
