2 oz Virago Four-Port or Port-Cask Rum

2 oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice

1 oz Coconut Cream

1 oz Orange Juice

how to prepare

Combine ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into a tall glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and pineapple spear.
