At Copper Fox Distillery, we blend tradition and innovation to craft exceptional American whisky. Using locally sourced ingredients, we hand-malt our own barley—one of only five U.S. distilleries with a malting floor. Our unique process infuses grain with fruitwood smoke and ages the spirit with fruitwood chips in used bourbon barrels, creating distinctive flavors.
