Beginning in 2019, Smith River Spirits has proudly distilled pure Apple & Wine Brandy in Ridgeway, Virginia. Carefully selecting Virginia grown apples and the very best Yakima Valley wines, we utilize age-old processes and rules for making our ultra-premium spirits. In addition to our distillation efforts, we have started four orchards and planting more than 4oo premier heirloom Brandy & Cider apple trees since 2020.
