About the Evening

For nearly two decades, Reservoir Distillery has been asking one simple question: What does Virginia taste like? Through a commitment to locally grown grains, innovative whiskey-making and deep partnerships with Virginia farmers, Reservoir has become one of the Commonwealth’s most influential craft distilleries.

The evening will also spotlight the Virginia Heritage Grain Project, an initiative dedicated to rediscovering historic grain varieties once used in American spirits. Working alongside farmers, researchers and distillers across Virginia, the project is preserving agricultural history while shaping the future of Virginia whiskey through flavor, sustainability and local collaboration.

Whether you’re a devoted whiskey enthusiast, passionate about Virginia agriculture or simply looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this is an evening you won’t want to miss.
