1.5 oz Bowman Brothers Bourbon
0.75 oz Christian Drouin Pommeau de Normandie
1 barspoon Rich Simple Syrup
2 droppers Dulse Tincture
6 drops Togarashi Tincture
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir over ice. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with an apple fan of three slices, having dipped the tip of the top slice in togarashi.
